Effective September 28, 2026
The short version. Gravity Garden has no accounts, no sign-in and no chat. The game itself keeps your progress only on your device. The game is free and shows ads, and the advertising partners that serve those ads collect some device and usage data, described below. On iPhone and iPad they can only track you across other companies' apps if you allow it.
This policy explains what information is handled when you play Gravity Garden (the “game”) on iOS, iPadOS or Android, why, and the choices you have. “We” means the developer of Gravity Garden.
The game saves the following locally on your device so it can remember your garden between sessions:
This data is not sent to us. It is deleted when you delete the game. We do not run our own servers and do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal information.
You can buy Dew packs and “Remove Ads”. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details; the store only tells the game which item was bought so it can deliver it. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies apply to those payments.
The game shows ads between runs and optional rewarded videos (for example to revive or double your Dew). Ads are delivered through the Appodeal mediation platform, which selects an ad from partner ad networks. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent ad fraud, Appodeal and these partners automatically collect:
| Data | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device or other IDs | Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, only with your permission; Google Advertising ID on Android), vendor ID | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention |
| Approximate location | Country or city derived from your IP address | Choosing relevant, legally allowed ads |
| App interactions and ad data | Ads shown, taps, whether a rewarded video finished, session length | Advertising, analytics |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs and performance data of the ad software, device model, OS version, language | Keeping ads working, analytics |
This data is not linked to your name or any account, because the game has no accounts. It is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Depending on your region and which network wins an ad, data may be received by partners that include Google AdMob and Ad Manager, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource / LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Liftoff / Vungle, Pangle, InMobi, BidMachine, Bidon, DT Exchange, Amazon Publisher Services, Bigo Ads, Chartboost, Moloco, MobileFuse, myTarget, Ogury, PubMatic, Smaato, Verve and Yandex (Android only), plus the measurement services Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase and Sentry that Appodeal uses for attribution and crash reporting. Each partner handles data under its own privacy policy. Appodeal keeps an up-to-date list of its partners in its privacy policy.
Gravity Garden is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Sharing the advertising ID with ad networks for personalised ads may count as “sharing” under some U.S. state laws; you can opt out using the device settings in section 4.
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
